Packaging, Shipping & Delivery

Packing material is the number one contributor to landfills. Keeping this in mind, we have taken a few steps to ensure that your package arrives, safely, securely while being environmentally friendly. We use only LDPE Food Safe Compost Bio Degradable Plastic to pack your order. This degrades in 180 days in any composting environment.

We use Cloth reinforced covers to pack your order as these are hardy and can be recycled

We are focussed on delivering your item in excellent condition at the earliest. We use Delhivery, India Post Parcel Services, Speed Post, DTDC and Professional Couriers to ensure your item reaches you as you expect.

We also support international delivery.

We expect all deliveries to be done within 7 business days from our Ship date. Once we ship your order will inform you the shipping details so you can track your order.

Returns & Replacements

The following questions and answers will help you with returns and replacements.

I want to return something. Does it qualify?

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned unused with original tags and packaging within 7 calendar days from the date you recieved the item. We are unable to support returns on soiled items. Due to hygine issues we are not able to offer returns on Innerwear, toys, diapers and bedding

I want to replace something. Does it qualify?

To qualify for a replacement, the item must be returned unused with original tags and packaging within 7 calendar days from the date you recieved the item. We are unable to support replacements on soiled items. Due to hygine issues we are not able to offer replacements on Innerwear, toys, diapers and bedding.

Depending on the replacement item you choose we may either provide you store credit on your returned item to allow you to choose a different item or replace the item directly depending on the cost of the new item you choose. Our Customer Services representative will contact you to help you on this.

My item qualifies for a return/replacement. What do I do next.

Excellent. We will instruct our courier partner to arrange for a pickup. Please carefully re-pack the item and keep it ready, so it can reach us safely. In case your pincode is not serviced for a pickup by our courier partners, we will request you to courier it to us at the address below. We will adjust your courier charges in your next purchase.

If you are couriering the return to us, then via email to bestfriend@littlegreenkid.com, send us the following details. This is very important as without this will not be able to process the return/replacement in a timely fashion.

        1. The tracking number for the courier. This is called either the tracking number or Airway Bill Number or Way Bill Number. Please ask this from your courier company
        2. The name of the Courier Company, so we can look out for your item
        3. Details of the Item(s) that you are returning or need a replacement on.
        4. Reason for the return/replacement, so we can help you better for the future

Do I qualify for Store Credit

All cash on delivery (CoD) customers automatically qualify for store credit on returns. We do not support any other refund model at this time due to governmental regulations.   

If you paid using your Credit Card, Debit Card or Netbanking Account and would prefer a refund, do let us know via email at bestfriend@littlegreenkid.com

 

When will my money be reflected in my bank or credit card account

Once we receive the returned item and it has been cleared for refund by our customer services department we will immediately initiate a refund or store credit as may be applicable and inform you via email.

If you paid for the item via a Credit Card, Debit Card or Netbanking account and have requested a refund to your bank/credit card account we will do so within 21 Business Daysvia the same payment method that you used. So for e.g. if you paid using your Citibank VIsa Credit Card, we will refund the money to the same Citibank Credit Card via our payment partners.

PayU is our payments partner and we accept all recognized Indian Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Netbanking Payments. For international customers we accept payments only via PayPal at this time.

At Little Green Kid, We take the security of our systems seriously, and it is our constant endeavor to make our website a safe place for our customers to browse. However, in the rare case when some security researcher or member of the general public identifies a vulnerability in our systems, and responsibly shares the details of it with us, we appreciate their contribution, work closely with them to address such issues with urgency, and if they prefer, publicly acknowledge their contribution.

If you happen to have identified a vulnerability on any of our web properties, we request you to follow the steps outlined below:

1. Please contact us immediately by sending an email to bestfriend@littlegreenkid.com with the necessary details to recreate the vulnerability scenario. This may include screenshots, videos or simple text instructions.

2. If possible, share with us your contact details (email, phone number), so that our security team can reach out to you if further inputs are needed to identify or close the problem.

3. If you intend to make the information public for educational or other such needs, please give us reasonable time to appropriately fix the problem before making such information public. Our security team will work with you to estimate and commit to such time frame.

4. If the identified vulnerability can be used to potentially extract information of our customers or systems, or impair our systems' ability to function normally, then please refrain from actually exploiting such a vulnerability. This is absolutely necessary for us to consider your disclosure a responsible one. While we appreciate the inputs of Whitehat hackers, we may take legal recourse if the identified vulnerabilities are exploited for unlawful gains or getting access to restricted customer or system information or impairing our systems.

We do not have a bounty/cash reward program for such disclosures, but we express our gratitude for your contribution in different ways. For genuine ethical disclosures, we would be glad to publicly acknowledge your contribution in this section on our website. Of course, this will be done if you want a public acknowledgement.
