Little Green Kid ensures to provide best price on all products and services on the website. However, Little Green Kid does not guarantee that the price on all the products will be the lowest in the city region or any geography. Also the price on the website is not subject to any comparison with same or similar products available on other offline or online sale. All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices, products and services may change at Little Green Kid's discretion.

Cancellation by Little Green Kid

If your order is cancelled after the credit card is charged, the said amount will be reversed to your credit card account.
Cancellation by Customers
If in case we receive cancellation notice, Little Green Kid reserves the right to cancel to accept or reject the cancellation notice. Notice shall be accepted only if the order has not been approved and processed by us, refund of the paid amount will be made. Little Green Kid reserves the right to decide if the order is processed or not. Cancellation must be conveyed within 24 hours of making the order.

Modifications

Delivery
1. Little Green Kid shall try to deliver the products within 15 days, However we will assure that the products will be delivered within 3-4 weeks from the date of sale.
There might be delays due to delays from the courier partner, transport strike, public holidays or any uncertain events. Little Green Kid will not be responsible for such delays.
Little Green Kid may deliver different products under the same order in multiple shipments. Since we work with different manufacturers, distributors and importers at all locations, delivery time to customers depends on the delivery time of suppliers to Little Green Kid.
Billing
The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the VAT. The vat charged shall depend upon the destination where the order has to be shipped. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. Little Green Kid reserves the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.
Governing law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be in Bangalore Unless otherwise specified, the material on Little Green Kid is presented solely for the purpose of sale in India. Little Green Kid makes no representation that materials on Little Green Kid are appropriate or available for use in locations/countries other than India. Those who choose to access this site from locations/countries other than India do so on their own initiative and Little Green Kid is not responsible for supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from locations/countries other than India, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Indemnity

This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.
